Re-registration
If you were NOT able to take your scheduled Praxis exam you will be able to re-register and pay in the next 3 business days for a new appointment. Please note: the retake rule does NOT apply if you have NOT tested, therefore you will be able to register for a date before 28 days.
Score recipients
After you have scheduled and paid for your test, be sure to select your free score recipients up to 3 days before your test date. In order for your Educator Preparation Program to receive your full score details, you MUST add the institution as one of your free score recipients. Selecting an institution as your Educator Preparation Program does not result in your scores being sent. Be sure to select up to 4 free score recipients up to 3 days before your test date by logging into your Praxis account and using the “Select Score Recipients” link. If you wish to send scores after this date, you can order additional score reports for a fee.
Test Day issues/complaints
If you had an issue on test day you will need to submit your complaint in writing to Email: ETS Praxis Customer Support. You will need to include your name, email address, date of birth, test date and candidate ID (if known). Please note: test day issues or complaints cannot be resolved by calling customer service.
Scheduling/Registration
If you are unable to locate a test center in your area, please try searching by zip code rather than city and state then select the search icon (magnifying glass).

Customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8 AM-7:45 PM U.S. Eastern Time, and Saturday, 8 AM-4:30 PM U.S. Eastern Time (except for U.S. holidays). Recorded information is available 24 hours a day with a touch-tone phone. Phones are busiest between 11 AM and 2 PM and all day on Monday. ETS Customer Service Representatives can give out personal information only to the test-taker unless the test-taker is under the age of 18.
