Become a ParaPro Test Center

Technical Requirements

Before completing an application to become a ParaPro test center, ensure that your testing center meets the following technical requirements.

Devices:

• Desktops: Windows or Mac OS X
• Laptops: Windows or Mac OS X​

Operating Systems:

• Windows 10 or 11 (32-bit or 64-bit)
• Mac OS X 10.13 or higher​

Processors:

• Windows: Intel x86 (32-bit or 64-bit) (Preferred)
• Mac OS X: Intel-based models (Preferred)

Memory (RAM):

• Minimum: 2 GB
• Recommended: 4 GB​

Minimum Screen Resolution:

• 1024 x 768 pixels​

Internet Connectivity:

• Minimum of 5 Mbps per testing workstation​

Internet Browsers:

• Microsoft Edge
• Google Chrome
• Safari (for Mac)
• Mozilla Firefox
• Ensure the latest version is installed for all browsers​

Printer:

• LaserJet or Inkjet printer
• Should be connected to the machine running the admin application​

Speaker, Microphone, and Camera:

• Not applicable for ParaPro testing
